Promoting Independence

for low-income seniors and disabled adults

The Silver Ride Program is currently being developed by Central Wisconsin Community Action Council to help low-income seniors and disabled adults gain access to safe, reliable transportation in our rural communities. The program will provide affordable vehicle loan opportunities and support services designed to promote independence, improve access to healthcare and essential needs, and enhance quality of life.

At this time, Silver Ride is in the funding and development phase. We are actively seeking grants, community partnerships, and donations to help launch this much-needed program.
